This is my first year teaching at BES as an Adaptive Special Education K-2 teacher.
I started my teaching career in 2013-14 with Flint Hils Special Education Cooperative in Madison, KS. I taught Adaptive Special Education K-6 for the past three years. In the past I worked as a Parent Educator for Greenbush Education Center and for the Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center as an Attendant Care provider.
I married my spouse, Paul Bittinger, Jr. in July of 2011. I have one son, Cody Beal, 13 years old, who attends BMS. We enjoy attending his sporting events. We live on a small farm outside of town. We currently have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and enjoy raising hogs.
My hobbies inclue DIY home projects, antique-junkin’ shopping, baking, and I am a Pinterest junkie. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, fishing and gardening.
