Grandparents Lunch Week

We will plan to follow the schedule below since we will need to spread our grandparents out over the entire week to make room for everyone. Grandparents of Pre-K Students: Monday, April 8 at 12:30 chicken nuggets or Salisbury steak Grandparents of Kindergarten Students: Monday, April 8 at 12:25 chicken nuggets or Salisbury steak Grandparents of 1st Grade Students: Tuesday, April 9 at 11:15 macaroni & cheese or fish sticks Grandparents of 2nd Grade Students: Wednesday, April 10 at 11:50 tacos or yogurt cup Grandparents of 3rd Grade Students: Thursday, April 11 at 11:20 pepperoni pizza or ham wrap Grandparents of 4th Grade Students: Friday, April 12 at 11:55 BBQ Beef or toasted cheese sand. If your child’s grandparents are able to attend please fill out the RSVP form that was sent home in backpacks and return it to the school by March 25, 2019. We need to try to give our cooks a head count for each day. If you have other commitments or if your assigned day is not good for you, contact the Elementary School Office at (620) 364-8882 or by e-mailing us at sfinlayson@usd244ks.org and we will be happy to make other arrangements for you. Please come in the south doors of the Elementary School where you will sign in and receive a visitor sticker. We ask that you wear this identification sticker throughout your stay at Burlington Elementary School. This sticker identifies you to our student body as an individual who has been cleared to be in the building. We look forward to providing this opportunity for the grandparents of our students and we hope that your child’s grandparents can take advantage of this invitation.
